Serra will quote you a competitive rate and provide you with quality service and more importantly, piece of mind. It is not the ability to handle the routine that is the measure of an agent but rather their ability to eliminate or minimize any financial harm to you when things go wrong.

Lastly take note that your company is liable for any fines or penalties due to mistakes made by your agent. We hear horror stores all the time from our new clients. The difference in rates between discount and quality agents is small compared to the difference in your risk.
