Rules:

Serra is a professional International Freight Forwarder, NVOCC and Customs Broker. We are not a parcel service and will not respond to rate requests for minimum rated shipments unless they are part of an ongoing consignment. We cater to the legitimate import/export companies that are actively engaged in the import/export business.
You must be a legitimate import/export business. We will ignore requests by persons/companies which we deem are just looking to price goods due to the large number of these type of requests we receive daily. Bona fide companies are those who are currently importing/exporting goods from a valid place of business other than a home address. We do check to see if you have a registered Exporter's Identification Number on File, for USA based companies, before we obtain rates.
No personal effects, household goods or vehicles of any kind can be quoted with this form.
Exported quantity must be in commercial quantities and frequency.
Origin or destination must be in the United States but not both. We can not quote for shipments that do not either depart or arrive in the USA.
This form is not for Bulk Shipments. Please call us for bulk service.
You must complete all the required fields below.
Limit this form to one or two port pairs/commodities. For more complex shipping needs please call us.
While we serve most ports in the world, we can not provide rates for every place in the world using this form due to additional required information. We can provide rates to and from Europe, South America, Asia, and Australia from the information you enter in this form. If you ship regularly to a port outside of these areas please call us for a rate quote.
We reserve the right to not respond to any request that does not meet the above rules or is outside of our scope of services.

We are an international freight company and can not handle domestic freight. The origin and destination cannot both be in the USA or USA Territory. Also, we can not handle any shipments where both origin and destination are foreign ports or cities. One and only one port must be in the USA!
