What's New
SerraTrac, our new internet tracking and tracing system is now online for our
registered customers. Unlike most systems, SerraTrac is a real time system
that is automatically updated whenever we make a change. It also provides
our customers with access to custom designed reports and copies of all of
their shipping documents. We also can send out automatic emails upon
certain events. If you are not near a computer and need to know if your
shipment has cleared U.S.
Customs we can have the system email you as soon as we receive the Customs
Release. There is a lot more, but to take advantage of our new
state-of-the-art system you must be a customer. Give us a call to find out

Serra is fully C-TPAT, DOT and TSA
certified and has heavily invested in a new Network infrastructure and
Software to enable our customers to have access to the latest
state-of-the-art features so that they can keep informed and rest assured
that their cargo is being expeditiously handled utilizing the quickest
electronic methods available to the industry today!
Serra can file Customs entries in any US port and
also handle your air and ocean exports from most US and foreign ports of
export. Serra's policy of personal attention provides you with custom
